Step1. Download the ISO image file
Download the utility ISO image file here, and make sure which folder you have saved.
Step 2. Burn the CD

Step3. Reset Windows password as blank (Remove the password)
1. Insert the newly burned CD or DVD into the locked computer and reboot the computer from the CD.
2. When the CD boots, you'll see Advanced Windows Password Recovery 3.0 initializing (see screenshot below). If so, continue to the next step. If the computer still boots from Windows, you’ll have to change the computer's setup to make it boot from CD by setting the BIOS. Click to learn how to set BIOS.

3. Enter the ID number (representing hard drive volume) where Windows is installed. For example, your Windows Operating System is installed in D:/ and the ID displayed is 1, then enter 1 and hit “Enter”.

4. Enter the ID number representing the User Name and hit "Enter". For example you’d like to recover the administrator’s password and the ID Number displayed is 1, then enter “1” and hit “Enter”.

5. Enter “y” to confirm your action and remove the password.
 ;
6. The program asks whether to continue to remove passwords for other accounts. Enter "y" to continue and "n" to finish resetting the password. Please eject your CD/DVD from your computer first and then press any key to restart your computer. This time you can log in Windows with the same user name but an empty password (leave the password text box empty) immediately.
