| | | | | No More about Eyelash Extension by Kris John | | | Eyelashes protect the eyes from debris, it also provides a warning that an object such as insect or dust is near the eyes. But for us women, eyelashes serve more than just protection...it is a factor that adds up to the thing we called beauty. Long eyelashes are considered a sign of femininity in many cultures. Accordingly, some women seek to enhance their eyelash length artificially, using eyelash extension.
Mascara and false eyelashes have long been used in the field of cosmetics to enhance the volume and length of eyelashes. False eyelashes may be trimmed in width or length to suit your eye size or personal preference. But placing and removing false eyelashes may be messy sometimes, and time consuming. Some women don't look good on their real eyelashes with mascara. The lashes clump together, they apply like "overdone"--and I think the mascara do make them look old and see most of wrinkles surround the eyes.
Thank goodness there is eyelash extension now! Like hair extension, eyelash extensions add length to human eyelashes. Synthetic single fibre polyester thread-like materials are applied to eyelashes to create a fuller, longer look. What’s good with eyelash extension is that it looks very natural, convenient, requires less effort and you wake up with it! No more smoky smudges from mascara and fall-offs from false lashes.
They are semi-permanent and made from synthetic fibres. Each lash is applied one by one to your own natural lashes. Normally a person's natural eyelash falls out every 60 - 90 days and a new lash grows in immediately. Therefore, it is necessary to get touch-ups to fill in the fallen lashes. About every 2 to 3 weeks is recommended, however, this will vary from person to person. Your natural lash cycle as well as how you take care of your lashes will affect how long they last. Extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They provide length and thickness to your own lashes and are available in varying lengths and thickness.
But not everyone may have eyelash extension, if you experience irritation around the eyes after using make-ups or other skin care product, eyelash extension may not be best for you. Those with very curly eyelashes are not good candidate for eyelash extension as well; curly lashes tend to shorten the eyelash extension wear time. A person who has no natural eyelashes is absolutely not for eyelash extension thingy. Eyelash extensions must be placed on the natural eyelash and not directly on the skin.
